Bot to sync discussions between Discord and Discourse

Would be nice for there to be a bot that identifies discussions on Discord and cross-posts them as threads on Discourse. Especially for one off quick resource sharing.

As well, would be nice for Discourse threads and posts to be posted to Discord as well.

Time works wonders:

For Bevry however, Bevry v5 will actually be moving AWAY from Discord, rather than more to it. So this plugin implementation will not happen here.
