I can’t find a digital version of this book, despite Goodreads saying there are two that were published here, but the goodreads ebook publisher has no links to ebooks:
Most stores selling paper books are also out of stock. Seems the Author and MIT Press aren’t that keen on having this read.
So as such, seems best to scratch the discussion for this book until a digital version becomes available, which is unfortunate as I am keen on reading it.
