Hey Everyone,

@balupton and I had a great talk with Brock & Jeff from Surge.sh about setting up a docpad deploy-surge plugin and some other fancy features like DocPad.io web admin UI to configure things like custom domains and scheduled regenerations/deployments of your websites to the Surge CDN.
